Alicia Glover Program Coordinator
aglov YTCEC was one of 26 Clean Cities Coalitions across the country selected to receive funding for a winter/spring intern to support local Clean Cities' efforts. The internship program, managed by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Clean Cities and Argonne National Laboratory, allows undergraduate or graduate students to work with their local coalitions to build public awareness of advanced vehicle technologies and alternative fuels while working to reduce petroleum consumption.

Alicia , originally from Flushing, MI, was selected to join the YTCEC staff for 16 weeks.  Alicia received her bachelor degree from Central Michigan University with a major in Biology and received her Masters degree in Environmental Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  During summer breaks from college Alicia spent her time in the Jackson area as a backpacking/adventure trip leader for young adults and doing research in Yellowstone.   Alicia returned to Jackson as soon as she completed her Masters course work.

Alicia is helping with day-to-day tasks and specifically helping coordinate the Natural Gas Workshop in May.  She is also frequently updating the social media outlets and drafting a marketing plan. Alicia is very excited to be working an organization that is truly improving the air quality and environment of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
